Refresh Medal
Refreshing the Medal app can potentially help with loading corrupt clips due to a variety of reasons. When you refresh the app, it often clears temporary data, cache, and any glitches that may be hindering the proper loading of clips.
- While Medal is the active window, press Ctrl + R and wait for Medal to reload.
- Once Medal has reloaded, check your clips again to see if are now working.
Check Your Clips Folder
One crucial aspect is checking the local files for your clips. This step not only verifies data integrity but also serves as a potential backup, offering you more control over your media storage.
- Right-click the clip, Open File Location, and see if your video is in your Clips folder.
- If you are unable to play the file, it is in fact corrupt and we won't be able to restore it. Please follow the steps below to prevent this from happening to future clips.
Send Your Medal Logs
