I have this exact same issue others are having. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Medal and the issue persists. In the Medal homepage, I cannot scroll nor get rid of the big banner ad stating "Level up your gaming with Medal Premium!". The entire top half of the Medal App GUI is unusable because this pop up blocks everything else up there. Even when full screening, minimizing the window, everything, I am unable to access the quest feature.
My Medal username is dark_ballistic
Please help me fix this issue and get my free ram boost. Thank you!

You may need to create a ticket for this for us to investigate. Provide us with screenshots and logs.
