today i have participated in the Medal x Greenville event and i completed the 3 missions, I joined the Medal Hub game in roblox to claim my reward for winning when i clicked on ''claim'' it wont let me claim it and its says ''No reclamaste el articulo''. I really want this reward but im not able to claim it, i would appreciate the attention that is bringed to this complain, thank you. P.D my roblox username is: Calon207

Sometimes it's a glitch on the side of Roblox. Update your Medal app, close out and refresh and it will usually work. You can try to claim it by going directly into the Medal hub on Roblox and not through the Medal app for this.
Can you try repairing Medal and see if that helps?
Click on the "?" icon to get to Help & Support
Click on Start Repair and wait for Medal to redownload.
