i had medal working before but i closed it and moved the folder called 'Medal' Into a different folder and i couldnt open medal through the taskbar afterwards, so i redownloaded it but the download isnt working as i said, i tried moving the file back but it didnt help, any help is great :)

Can you try the following steps?
Delete any previous Medal installer in your downloads (MedalSetup.exe)

Can you try the following steps?

Restart your computer after
Go to https://www.medal.tv/download and download a NEW installer
Run said installer as admin
