Hi, I recently resetted my pc and now that I log back into Medal I'm worried all my 1.5k clips that aren't unlisted or public are gone. On them it says "This clip is on another machine. Upload or sync to view.". I don't have premium so I did not save them to the cloud, but almost every gaming memory with my friends are there. The thumbnails of the clips are there though, that's my last bit of hope I haven't lost everything. please help
If the clip files were not backed up prior to resetting the PC, there is not a ton we can do. Even if you subbed, you will still not be able to recover the clips without the clip files.
