as the topic title says after updating to the new update the video editor lowers my bitrate and videos degrade in quality, i even put the quality high and bitrate to 25 in the advanced video editor in its settings when editing but it still isnt the same quality as before. i usually use 30 bitrate but the advanced video editor caps at 25 im assuming thats why the quality downgrades, im going down to 25 bitrate for now but till its uncapped i will use 30 again! please uncap the bitrate in the advanced video editor thanks! :)
