i set my medal recording settings to 1440p 60fps about 2 weeks ago but all the clips ive taken in the last 2 weeks are in 1080p and i checked that by going to the properties of the mp4 files. how the hell do i fix it, i really wanna record at 1440p and not 1080p..
i checked for custom game settings and theres none, no custom game settings were ever set

You may have a Custom Game Settings enabled for the game you are trying to Clip that has a different setup from your Global Settings:
Could you try removing that Custom Setting? To do that, go to Medal's Settings > Custom Game Settings then select the Game's Preset, scroll down and click on the Delete Settings button on that Game Preset's page.
