I usually repair medal a lot because sometimes i cant edit videos but for some reason I cant repair medal, everytime i press it nothing happens and idk what else to do please help!

Can you try adding Medal as an exception in your Antivirus? It might help to also run a VPN since it sounds like something on the machine is blocking the update from happening: https://support.medal.tv/support/solutions/articles/48001166446-how-to-whitelist-medal-in-your-anti-virus
