I record using full session instead of just doing clips, resulting in me often having multiple hour long recordings. I like to go through that long form vod and clip through that, but in the recent months if i skip further than 20 mins or so into the recording it takes a very long time to load. Sometimes it loads fine but it's very hit or miss, often not loading. Skimming through video works fine in other programs like VLC or windows built in player

We have a way to possibly repair the Session so it is not slow anymore. This fix is currently available on our Early Access build and you can try it out by following the guide below:

  • Turn on Development Mode. Settings > Advanced > Development Mode
  • Locate the broken Session and Right Click > Development Mode > Repair MKV File
    • Depending on the length and size of the Session, this can take a few minutes. We HIGHLY recommend you to wait for it to finish before starting any games/recordings.

For the Early Access build, follow this guide here:

1. Click on the "?" icon above settings.
2. Click on the button Go to Early Access a window will open.
3. On that window, click on Relaunch Now.
