I reset my PC a little while ago and upon reinstalling Medal and trying to open it, I'm left with a "Uh oh! Looks like you are offline!" while being perfectly connected to the internet. I've tried restarting, reinstalling, and even turned off my firewall to no avail. Any fixes?
After whitelisting the Install folder, try forcing a repair on Medal and see if that helps:
Click on the "?" icon to get to Help & Support Click on Start Repair and wait for Medal to redownload.

I still haven't received a fix. Is there anything else? I'm still not using a firewall, no vpn, no Cloudflare WARP, and purged the original file with no luck.

I'm not using a VPN or Cloudflare's Warp. Any other fixes? If the traffic domains don't necessarily involve Warp, where can I find them?

Are you using any VPN software? If you are, please disable the software and check again!
Alternatively, if you are using Cloudflare's Warp, you can either:
Enable "Exclude Split Tunnels" in Advanced.
Filter out traffic domain for "medal.tv", "cdn.medal.tv", "*.medal.tv", and "127.0.0.1" (That IP address is known as LocalHost, but we use the IP address itself).

Are you using any anti-virus software on your PC? Seems like Medal's files have been blocked locally after they have been downloaded into your PC.
Sometimes, new updates on the antivirus list of programs can cause issues. You may want to first add a Folder Exception to it.
Check out this link and try to whitelist it even if it's not detected on the protection history. You can skip some steps if you don't find it and go to add the folder section. https://support.medal.tv/support/solutions/articles/48001166446-how-to-whitelist-medal-in-your-anti-virus
We are not recommending you to completely disabling the antivirus, just to set an Exception to Medal so it can update itself properly.
