In this article, we will guide you through the process of updating your account settings on Medal, including how to change your profile picture. The steps vary slightly depending on the platform you are using, so please follow the instructions specific to your device.


Updating Your Profile Picture


Updating Your Profile Picture on Android

  • Open the Medal App: Launch the Medal app on your Android device.
  • Access Your Profile: Tap on your profile picture located at the top right corner of the screen.
  • Go to Settings: Tap the settings cog icon at the top right of your profile screen.
  • Profile Settings: Select the Profile Settings button.
  • Change Profile Picture: Tap on your avatar to change your profile picture.


Updating Your Profile Picture on iOS

  • Open your Browser: Open your browser and go to Medal.tv.
  • Sign In: Sign in to your account.
  • Access Your Profile: Click your avatar in the top right corner.
  • Profile: Click Profile (not settings).
  • Edit Profile: Click Edit Profile.
  • Change Profile Picture: Click the upload icon to change your profile picture.
Note: Changing your profile picture is currently not supported directly through the iOS app. Please use the web method for iOS devices.


Updating Your Profile Picture on Web

  • Open your Browser: Go to Medal.tv and sign in.
  • Access Your Profile: Click your avatar in the top right corner.
  • Profile: Click Profile (not settings).
  • Edit Profile: Click Edit Profile.
  • Change Profile Picture: Click the upload icon to change your profile picture.


Updating Your Profile Picture on Desktop App

  • Access Your Profile: Click your avatar in the top right corner.
  • Profile: Click Profile (not settings).
  • Edit Profile: Click Edit Profile.
  • Change Profile Picture: Click the upload icon to change your profile picture.
  • Alternative Method: Click the settings cog in the bottom left corner of the app. Then click the Account button in the top left, and select Go to Profile. From here, the process is the same as on the web.
