So im loged into discord on medal and i dont know why medal is recommending me to tag my ex which has me blocked on medal to tag her in my post WHY pls remove that I HAVE HER BLOCKED AND EVERYTHING

You can turn off Profile Recommendation Services under Settings > Privacy & Security.

Did you take a new clip after turning off that setting? It won't affect clips that you have already taken.

It doesn't work, like after editing the clip I rewatch it and boom still shows her under recommended ppl I should tag
