What are Medal Quests?

Medal Quests are small partnerships with game developers where the user can win rewards by using Medal while playing that game. Quests change constantly, so we recommend keeping an eye on them, as your favorite game could be the next partnership soon!

Where to find the Quests in the app?

Medal Quests will only appear on the Home page and can be located at the top-right of that page.

Minecraft Quests FAQ

Cube Craft Quest

This quest is only available for Java players. Bedrock players can join the server but the quest will not get any progression.

Light as a Feather

You will need to have Feather's Client installed on your PC to start this Quest.

Aternos Quest

These Quests are related to the Aternos Giveaway for a Server RAM Boost.

Question: How to claim your RAM boost?

Answer: Follow this small guide.

  1. Use Medal to clip Minecraft at least once
  2. Navigate to the Quests sidebar on the Medal desktop app
  3. Enter your Aternos server IP in the Download More Ram Quest
  4. Click Activate, then Done!
  5. You can now go to your server dashboard on Aternos https://aternos.org/server and view your active RAM boosts.

Question: How much extra RAM can you get?

Answer: Each boost will add +500MB of RAM to your server. You can have up to 5 boosts active on one server, which means an extra 2.5GB of RAM. So make sure to tell your friends!

Question: How long will the extra RAM last?

Answer: Each boost lasts for 7 days. After 7 days, as long as you continue clipping Minecraft using Medal, you can claim another boost!

Roblox Quests FAQ

These Quests are related to the Roblox Giveaway for various in-game items.

UGC Quest

Question: Why am I getting an error when I try to connect my Roblox account on Medal?

Answer: This error is likely because your Roblox account is under 13, and due to Roblox TOS you won't be allowed to connect your account.

Question: I completed the quest requirements for a UGC item, where do I go to claim it?

Answer: Go to the Medal Hub Experience (https://www.roblox.com/games/97365084040300/Medal-Hub) and head to the claim area to claim your item.

Question: The item is out of stock but the quest is still up on Medal, am I still able to earn the UGC item?

Answer: No, once the item is out of stock it can no longer be redeemed.

Question: How can I join ACG Group?

Answer: You can join it at this link: https://www.roblox.com/communities/15706535/Avatar-Creator-Games#!/about

Question: I got the in-game badge but it doesn't appear on Medal, what do I do?

Answer: There is a delay due to Roblox's rate limit. The badge update can take up to 30 minutes.

Question: I cannot join Medal TV's group on Roblox, what do I do?

Answer: Roblox has a limit of 100 groups per account. Check if you don't have any extra groups there and then try again.

Question: My clips are not counting towards the Quest?

Make sure the Roblox experience is being detected and attached on each of your clips. Also, make sure you're clipping the correct Roblox experience required for the quest. If it doesn't register clips, try to close Roblox and launch it using the button on the quest.

Bobux Quest

Question: I claimed the GET BOBUX quest, when will I get my Robux?

Answer: You will get your Robux within the next 14 days. You need to be in the [Medal TV Roblox group](https://www.roblox.com/communities/34792238/Medal-TV#!/about) for at least 14 days to receive the Robux.

Question: It's been over 14 days, I haven't received the Robux?

Answer: If you leave the Roblox group, disconnect or delete your Medal account before the 14 days, we will not be able to send you the Robux.

Valdle Quest FAQ

Our developers have confirmed that the quest reward was available in limited quantities and, unfortunately, all items have already been claimed.

If you have filled out your email information, you may receive it within 7 days. If you didn’t manage to be the first 250, have no fear we are doing another VP quest in the future.
