How to whitelist Medal in Norton

Learn how to ensure uninterrupted Medal usage by excluding it from Norton anti-virus scans. Follow these simple steps to optimize your gaming experience without interference from security software.

First off, we need to restore the file that was blocked. Select Protection and then Virus Chest.
Find MedalEncoder.exe, click on ... and select Restore and add exception.
Open up Norton Antivirus. Click on the Settings icon at the top right of the screen
This will pop up another window for settings, click the top left option, Antivirus. Click on the Scans and Risks tab on that same window. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the window, and click on Items to Exclude from Scans
Click “Add Folders” at the bottom left of the window
In the file path, type %localappdata%\Medal, then select Add Exception.
