Sometimes, Medal needs extra permissions from your computer in order to run properly. You can choose to run as admin by doing the following:

Run as Administrator (Quick)

Go to your Desktop and find the Medal application. You will want to right-click and select Run as administrator.

Always Run as Administrator

If you are wanting Medal to always run as an administrator, please follow these steps. 

Find the Medal.exe shortcut, right-click it and select Properties

A new window will open and you will want to select the Compatibility tab.

On this page, you will see a couple of different options. You want to check the box that says Run this program as an administrator. After checking that box, be sure to hit Apply! Your Medal app should now always open as an administrator!
