Why might my Medal account be deleted?

According to Medal's Terms of Service, Section 8.3, if an account has been inactive for over two years, it may be terminated after a reminder has been sent and no action is taken within the specified time frame.


What is the process for account deletion due to inactivity?

If your account has been inactive for over two years, you will receive a 60-day warning via email. If no action is taken within this period, your account will be deleted. Once deleted, you will need to contact support to restore your account.


How can I prevent my account from being deleted?

To prevent your account from being deleted due to inactivity, simply login to your Medal account within the 60-day period mentioned in the warning email.


What happens to my data if my account is deleted?

Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from Medal's servers. You will need to contact support to request account restoration.


Can I restore my account after it has been deleted?

Yes, but you must contact support to have it restored. You can submit a request here: Medal Support. Note that this is only possible within the two-week window after deletion.

I don’t have access to the connected social account anymore, how can I log in?

You can also use your Medal username or email address to log in!


I forgot my password, how can I create a new one?

You can reset your password by going to https://medal.tv/forgot/. On that page, you will put your Medal username or email address to receive an email with the reset link!


I forgot my medal username!

You can contact Medal Support so they can find the username for you! They should ask if you remember having an email address or social account linked to that Medal account so they can search it for you
