  • Why might my Medal account be deleted?
    According to Medal's Terms of Service, Section 8.3, if an account has been inactive for over two years, it may be terminated after a reminder has been sent and no action is taken within the specified time frame.


  • What is the process for account deletion due to inactivity?
    If your account is inactive for over two years, you will receive a 60-day warning via email. If no action is taken within this period, your account will be deleted. Once deleted, you will need to contact support to restore your account.


  • How can I prevent my account from being deleted?
    To prevent your account from being deleted due to inactivity, simply log in to your Medal account within the 60-day period mentioned in the warning email.


  • What happens to my data if my account is deleted?
    Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from Medal's servers. You will need to contact support to request account restoration.
