Connecting to the Mobile app


You can directly log into your account on your smartphone from your PC by using a QR Code provided on our Desktop app. This feature is available on Medal's Settings > Device > Connect Mobile.



This way, you have both Desktop and Mobile apps logged in to the same Medal account!


Removing a connected device


You can remotely disconnect your account from devices previously used by going to Medal's Settings > Device > Sessions Across Devices and click on the trashcan icon to remove a device. You can also select Delete All Sessions to remove all devices that have your account logged in.



The Device removed will not be able to access your Medal account until you log in again. This will not uninstall the app on the device.
