Long buffering or loading time when watching Full Sessions


If you have long buffering times or loading times while you are watching a Full Session Recording on Medal's Desktop app, please try the following fix.


This fix is currently available on our Early Access build, and you can try it out by following the guide below:


  • Turn on Development Mode under Settings > Advanced > Development Mode
  • Locate the broken Session and Right-Click > Development Mode > Repair MKV File



Depending on the length and size of the Session, this can take a few minutes. We highly recommend that you wait for it to finish before starting any games/recordings.
