Medal Desktop

Published Clips

	You will want to start by opening your Medal Desktop app and going to your clip library. Right-click on the clip you are wanting to download and select Download..
	This will open up a new window within the app. If you would like to download your clip, you can select Download Clip. If you are subscribed to Medal Premium, you can chose to download your clip without the watermark using the Without Watermark & Outro option.

Unpublished Clips

If you haven't published your clips, you can right click the clip and select Open File Location. A folder will open with the clip you selected highlighted in the folder.

Medal Website

Find the clip you want to download. The URL will look something like this: https://medal.tv/clips/######

If this clip is yours, you will follow the same steps as the Medal Desktop App. If the clip belongs to someone else, please see below:

On the clip, click on the 3 dots on the video player and select Download. Depending on your browser, the clip will open in a new window, allowing you to download it.

Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge

Hover over the video, click on the 3 dots in the video player and click Download.

Firefox

Right click the video and select Save Video As.

Please note: If you are using a different browser (Safari, Opera etc), these steps may be different.

Medal Mobile

You can also download your own and your friends clips via the Medal Mobile app. Simply find a clip you want to download, long tap on the clip and select Download File.
