We hope we will see you again in the future, so for the meantime, here is how you can uninstall Medal:

Please note: Once you uninstall Medal, you may lose any clips that were not uploaded to our cloud, you may want to save or move any clips over to your video files.

First, we need to shut down Medal. Open your System Tray, find the Medal Silver Icon and right click > Quit Medal
Next, open the Windows Start Bar and search Add or remove programs and select it
In the new window, search for Medal in the search bar
Click on Medal and then click Uninstall

After a few seconds, Medal will disappear from your list and has been fully uninstalled.

If for some reason, Medal starts to load on a PC reboot, the uninstall process may have failed. In this case, you can do a Purge to remove Medal from your PC completely.
