View All Tickets
If you already have a ticket open, you can view all your tickets and their statuses in our support portal by clicking on the "View All Tickets" box. This box is located on the support homepage at support.medal.tv.
If you don't see this box, you'll need to login to the support portal using the Gmail account you made the ticket with.
If you're having trouble accessing the portal, you will also receive an email notification when someone from the support team responds to you.
