If your Medal interface resembles this, it's possible that Nvidia's Image Sharpening feature is active.
It's worth noting that Image Sharpening has been reported to have peculiar impacts on certain applications.
To disable Image Sharpening:
1) Open NVIDIA Control Panel by right-clicking in a blank area on your desktop |  |
2) Click Manage 3D Settings |  |
3) Go to your Global Settings and Image Sharpening to Off then click OK |  |
4) Click Apply in the lower right of the NVIDIA Control Panel to apply your changes |  |
