If you are seeing this error, this means that Medal is running 1 or more processes twice which can cause Medal to stop recording.

This could happen for a number of reasons, mainly associated with interrupted closures or crashes.

How to fix:

• Open Task Manager with Ctrl + Alt + DELETE or Ctrl + Shift + Esc
• Find any and all Medal Processes
• Select the processes and click End Task

Once all processes have been terminated, restart Medal.

If the error still appears, you may need to restart your PC.
