Mobile Number Verification

To import or upload clips that were not captured using Medal, you'll need to verify your account with a mobile number.


Manual Mobile Verification

If you encounter any issues from the guides below, you can create a ticket here. Please include your complete phone number with the country code, and our support team will assist you.


Desktop

  • Go to Settings > Privacy & Security and click the Verify Account button.

  • Select your country and enter your mobile number. Then click Send me a code.
    • You can use the search bar to quickly find your country.

  • Once you receive the verification code via text message, enter it on the next screen.

  • Once your code has been verified, you can now upload videos that were not captured using Medal!

  • When you try to upload a clip from your Camera Roll, you will be prompted to verify your account.

  • Select your country and enter your mobile number. Then tap Continue.

  • You will receive a verification code via text message. Enter the code on the next screen and tap Continue.

  • Once your code has been verified, you’ll see a notification saying Verification complete! You can now upload videos from your Camera Roll!
