If you have any issues with Mobile, you will need to provide your Mobile Device ID for Support to better diagnose the issue and help you with a fix. 

  • To find your Device ID, tap the Cog wheel on your Mobile Recorder in the bottom righttop left
  • Next, tap on Settings

  • Then, tap on Advanced
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find Device ID for Support
  • Tap on the text and your Device ID will be automatically copied for you to paste
