Device ID for Support

If you have any issues with your Android device, you will need to provide your mobile device ID for support to better diagnose the issue and help you with a fix. 


To find your Device ID, tap the Cog wheel on your Mobile Recorder in the bottom right.
Then, tap on Advanced.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will find Device ID for Support.
Tap on the text and your Device ID will be automatically copied for you to paste anywhere.
