How it works

When first sharing a Private Link, we have a little in-app tutorial explaining how These Private Links work. Here are some screenshots of what it looks like:

Creating a Private Link

To create a Private link, you just need to click the Create Link button from a Clip ready to be uploaded.

This also works for Edits, and Montages on the Desktop app! This does not work for Sessions at the moment.

Expiration Timer

All Private Links have their own separate Expiration Timers. You can see the Expiration Timer by opening the Clip on your Library and it will show exactly how much time left it has.

After Expiry

After the time expires, if you haven't deleted the Clip's video file manually from your PC Storage, you should still have the Clips locally on your PC.

if you need the Clip available for more than 14 days, clicking the Copy Link button will reset the Expiration Timer. This can be done as much time as you want without limitations.
