Learn how to personalize your app by assigning unique sounds to various actions within the application. This can help you quickly identify when certain tasks are completed or events occur.

Enabling or disabling Sound Alerts

By going to Settings > Sound Alerts > Allow Sounds, you can toggle all sound alerts ON or OFF. This will not only disable Medal's Clipping sound but also message notifications, calls, and warnings.

Customizing Sound Alerts

Clipping Sound Alerts

This feature is currently only available on our Early Access build. To learn more about it, click here

If the default clip sound is not of your liking, you can change it to one of our curated sound effects to use instead!

You can also use your own sound effect, granted that the file is under 5MB and in .wav format.

Recording Sound Alerts

Here you can change how Medal's recorder will use Sound Alerts mentioned before. You can choose to mute only some or all of the alerts the Recorder uses when Clipping.

Other Sound Alerts

Finally, the app still has options for only muting Chat-related alerts and system warnings.
