In order to upload clips that were not taken on Medal, you will need to verify your account with a mobile number.

Desktop

Go to Settings > Privacy & Security and hit the Verify Account button.
Select your country and enter your mobile number. Once entered, click Send me a code You can use the search bar to locate your country quickly
You will receive a verification code as a text message. Once you receive your code, enter your code on the next screen. You will need to accept Medal's Community Standards before submitting.
Once your code has been verified, you will now able to upload videos not captured through Medal!

Mobile

When you try to upload a clip from your Camera Roll, you will be prompted to verify your account
Select your country and enter your mobile number. Once entered, tap Continue
You will receive a verification code as a text message. Once you receive your code, enter your code on the next screen and tap Continue By continuing, you are agreeing to Medal's Community Standards.
Once your code has been verified, you will see a notification saying Verification complete! and you are now able to upload videos from your Camera roll!
