Android Recorder FAQs and How to Report an Issue
If you come across any bugs within our Android Recorder, we will need information about your device when you report this to us.
To make a report, you can send us a ticket!
The information we need:
- What phone are you using?
- What Android version is it running? (You can find this by tapping your profile on the upper left-hand Settings > About Phone)
- Your Device ID: (You can find this by opening the Medal Recorder and tapping the Profile Icon in the top left - Settings - Advanced - Device ID for Support)
- What game(s) were you playing?
- What issue are you having?
How to Find Your Device ID on Android
- Open the Medal Recorder, not the main Medal App.
- Click on the cog wheel icon to access the settings.
- In the settings menu, select "Advanced".
- Scroll down to the bottom, where you will see your Device ID.

How to Show and Hide the Bubble
Open your notification section and press the eye to turn the bubble on/off.
