What is a Badge?
Badges are visual symbols displayed on Medal profiles to signify statuses and achievements. These appear next to a user’s username and may represent various roles or accomplishments. Badges can be removed if the user’s role changes, but they can also be reacquired.

What is an Achievement?
Achievements differ from badges, as they are permanent indicators of tasks or milestones completed by users. Once awarded, achievements remain on the profile indefinitely.
